RemarksI saw this driving home from work. I have seen "shooting stars" before, but this was so different - but so amazing! Itlasted about 3 to 5 seconds, not just .5 to 1 second. It was so low in the sky, and had a downward trajectory. If the houses and trees were not in the way, I'm sure i would have been able to see it land - thats how low it was. It was a brilliant green color, which I have never seen before. Everything about it was just new for me to see - the color, the length of time it was clearly visible, the length of the "tail", how low flying it was, and that it seemed to be rushing to the earth. I just wish I had a dash cam that could have recorded it.
