Terminal flash
ObservationYes
RemarksIt is hard to describe for me, since the flash made me actually see nothing of what happened. So I saw that quite large bright thing appearing traveling VERY fast for half a second, then it enlarged in size and brightness rapidly and blinded me for a few milliseconds (what I would be identifying as a terminal flash), and after the blinding effect was gone again, there was neither the trail nor the object itself visible anymore.
Fragmentation
